Garlic, Contemporary Still Life Paintings by Amy Whitehouse

Acrylic on W/C Paper, 3.5" x 5" $65

As I prepare to teach art to K-2 and 6-8,
I've had little time to do much of my own work.
This contemporary kitchen art
is cheerful and loose.
I'm happy with the freshness of it.

Beach, Contemporary Seascape Paintings by Amy Whitehouse

18" x 24", Oil, $800

As you know, I could paint the ocean and the beach everyday,
and not get tired of the subject.
Especially when it's 108 degrees outside as it is now, here in the desert.

As I prepare for my new position as Art Teacher for grades K-2 and 6-8
YIKES
I haven't had as much time to paint.
But this is my latest, and I'm pretty happy with it.
I can almost feel the powdery sand all over my feet,
and almost hear the comforting sound of the surf.

If interested in purchasing this painting.
please let me know.
