I've fallen in love with abstract art.

Playing with color, shape, composition -

with no forethought as to what I'm after

other than a pleasing image -

keeps the challenge of abstract fresh.

With three-inch painted sides,

this painting can be moved around easily.

This "simple" image was a challenge.

But I'm quite happy with the final outcome.

I feel like I succeeded with this one.
