Joyful Grid

After moving across country

from Arizona to South Carolina,

and waiting for 3+ weeks for

furniture and other belongings

to arrive,

unpacking for two weeks,

and loving our new environs,

I've finally been able to make some art.

I love the grid as a

unifying element,

mark-making as personal voice,

and a limited palette

to keep it together.

Stormy Sea Oats
