Summer Delicacy


Oil on Paper, 7" x 7" $95 

Sometimes it's harder to create a "simple"
painting than it is to create a complicated one.
Probably because every line, every mark, every edge
is important. Whereas in a complicated/large/complex
painting, edges and lines and marks get lost in the overall image.
I love something contemplative and tender in a painting,
though I cannot always create such a thing.
