Florida View Mixed Media Painting By Amy Whitehouse

16" x 20" Beach Scene - $475
This is a painting done from memories of Atlantic Beach, FL, just north of Jax Beach. Now that I'm posting it, I see something I want to change (of course). Anyhow, this is a great beach with gorgeous homes and I'm there til it cools off here. (In my mind.)

    This is a very beautiful painting, Amy.

    Love the composition... so simple and coveys a sense of calm... but with unusual hues which we seldom come across in landscapes such as these.

    Well done! I can totally feel the fresh ocean air in the palm. I love the way you handled the sky. The surprising red is a nice touch.
