Beach Walk, Abstract Seascape Paintings by Arizona Artist Amy Whitehouse

16" x 20", Oil, $500

This not-too-abstract seascape painting was created from a photograph
shared by my favorite high school English teacher.
The photo was taken at Ponte Vedra Beach, FL, and was a bit of a challenge.
But I'm very happy with the result.
I used the medium Megilp by Gamblin,
and worked on it for several days to get the transparency of the water.

Take Time to Play

Oil on Canvas, 30" x 24" Blues and Greens go so well together, don't they? This painting depicts a playful attitude - at least...
