Seaglassy, Beach and Ocean Paintings by Arizona Artist Amy Whitehouse

6" x 8" Oil, $125

I never seem to NOT want to paint an ocean/beach scene;
and when landlocked in the desert and the temp is 112,
I can almost smell the cool salt air as I paint.
This one has an acrylic underpainting, and is finished with oil over top.
I find that this method often works well.
